9 track album "Beat Beat Beat", available on 14th October, co-released on Brassneck Records UK & Lavasocks Records USA. Each label has unique vinyl colour variant.
Members of The Hip Priests, TV CRIME and Blatz/The Criminals etc, recorded at Stuck On A Name studios in Nottingham by Ian "Boulty" Boult. Mastered by Jonah Falco and featuring original artwork by Aaron Cometbus.
After lifetimes of criss-crossing the planet playing punk & metal, the Scene Killers have come together in Nottingham to knock yer socks off!
The lead single is “Gimme Gimme”- shortening the name of Black Flag’s classic by one “Gimme” and amping up the PMA as only a band called Scene Killers can. The tune- written by guitarist Austin Rocket (Hip Priests)- is feedback-drenched yet still light on its feet, while the words- by singer Jesse Luscious (Blatz, The Criminals)- is an anthem about grabbing life by the horns & hanging on for the best we can get in our short times on the planet (geologically speaking)! Through thick and thin, there’s no reason to not turn life past 11- turn it up to 100!
Gather round & yell along to this and the rest of Scene Killers’ punchy mid & fast tempo punk- just mind the swinging microphone & the jagged chords!
